If any would like to also sell their wares, the group of whomever shows up would have to pay $50 for everyone in the group to sell....NOT seperately, this would be a group fee. There will be 24 hour security on the festival, and anyone who comes to do a demo may camp for FREE nearby in a separate park. |

FOR SALE A large pneumatic jackhammer. 2 Baldor electric motors, both are 5hp, 3-phase. Jib crane for a forklift. Welding table 4x10 by 1" plate, 4x6 legs, with heavy bracing underneath. 42 ton Iron Worker- has a shear, punch station and press opening. Plating table 5ft. Older Clark forklift, could use a little TLC but is very reliable, runs well. I could put together a package deal that would include the forklift, pallet racks, and jib crane. 25lb Fairbanks hammer, seems to be in great order, guides and all. OR 150lb Fairbanks. ESAB plasma cutter with a few of the consumables, will cut up to 1 1/4" plate. Volkswagen motor (does not run), looks complete with carburetor and all, the exhaust system suggests it was in a dune buggy. Chain binders, 2 ratchet type and 3 of the fold-over type. 1/2" X 3" or 4" copper bar probably 4`-5` long. Miscellaneous cast ornament components (post caps, finials, collars etc). |

Looking for blacksmith L.C. Scramlin, director of the Oakland County Fair that is at Springfield Oaks on Andersonville Rd. in Davisburg, is looking for a smith for the Fair. The dates of the Fair are July 13-18, 2010. They would like a smith for the entire time, if possible. Camping is available; you could sell your wares and keep the money, free parking pass included. You would be near the historical Ellis Barn (a huge white barn that was moved from Dixie Hwy by the Amish to the fairgrounds.) |
